Tickets
Lunova's ticket system creates private text channels for members who need staff support. Choose from three panel types โ each creates a different kind of ticket channel.
Setup (Dashboard)
The easiest way to configure tickets is via the dashboard: Dashboard โ Tickets. Configure the category, staff roles, log channel, ticket limit, panel appearance, and ticket types โ all in one form.
Ticket types
Each type appears as a separate button on your panel. You can enable any combination.
๐ซ Support (reason)
Opens a modal with a "Reason for opening this ticket" text field. The reason is shown in the ticket channel. Good for general support questions, billing issues, or any situation where staff need context up front.
- Channel name:
ticket-username - Accent color: blurple
- Modal: one paragraph field (optional)
๐จ Report a User
Opens a modal with a "User to report" field (accepts a user ID or @mention) and a reason field. The reported user's mention is shown in the ticket channel alongside the reason.
- Channel name:
report-username - Accent color: red
- Modal: user ID field (required) + reason paragraph (required)
๐ฌ Open (free)
No modal โ a ticket channel is created immediately when a member clicks the button. Useful for partnerships, general enquiries, or any situation where you don't want to prompt the user for a reason.
- Channel name:
ticket-username - Accent color: green
- Modal: none
Setup (Commands)

Set staff roles
/setticketstaff role: @StaffStaff roles gain read/write access to all ticket channels automatically.

/setticketlog channel: #ticket-logsTicket open/close events are logged here with the opener, type, creation time, and reason.
Open ticket settings panel
/ticketsettingsShows the current ticket configuration with buttons to update category, staff, log channel, and publish the panel to a channel.
Close a ticket
/closeticket [reason:]Run inside a ticket channel to close it. The channel is deleted and an optional transcript summary is posted to the log channel.
Publish Panel
After saving your settings, publish the panel from the dashboard Publish Panel section or via the /ticketsettings Discord command โ Publish Panel button. The bot posts a styled message with one button per enabled ticket type.
AI ticket support
When enabled, Lunova AI analyzes each new ticket and posts a brief summary and suggested staff response inside the ticket channel (visible to staff only).
- AI ticket support uses the bot's local Ollama service and can be enabled directly in ticket settings when server AI is on.
- Enable the toggle in Dashboard โ Tickets โ AI ticket support.
- Works independently from the general AI features toggle โ you can have AI ticket support on without enabling AI for the whole server, as long as you have your own key.
How it works
- A member clicks a button on the ticket panel.
- For Support and Report types, a modal collects details. For Open type, the channel is created immediately.
- A private channel is created in the configured category, visible only to the opener and staff roles.
- The ticket gets a sequential number per server (e.g.
Ticket #42). - When closed, the channel is deleted and the event is logged.
Ticket limit
Configure a per-user ticket limit (1โ10) in the dashboard. If a member already has the maximum number of open tickets and tries to open another, they'll be told to wait.
