1. Acceptance

By adding Lunova to your Discord server or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the bot or its services.

2. What Lunova Does

Lunova is a Discord moderation bot. It provides moderation tools, logging, AutoMod, ticket management, ban appeals, and a web dashboard. AI-powered features are optional and controlled by individual server settings.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use Lunova on your server. You may not use it to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Distribute illegal content or engage in illegal activity
• Circumvent Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Automate spam, raids, or any harmful behavior
• Reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the bot or its APIs

4. Data and Logs

Lunova stores moderation logs (bans, kicks, warnings, etc.), ticket data, and configuration settings for the servers it is in. This data is tied to the Discord server and its members. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we handle it.

5. AI Features

AI-powered features (ask, summarize, auto-mod assistance) are optional. If enabled by a server admin, message content may be processed by the bot's locally hosted Ollama service. These features are rate-limited and cached.

6. Termination

The bot owner may restrict or terminate access to any server or user at any time, with or without reason, especially in cases of abuse or policy violations. You may remove Lunova from your server at any time.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest version is always available at this URL. Significant changes will be announced in the official support server.
